Cove Villas' 8 air conditioned villas are all self contained and furnished with cable TV, kitchen, living area and ceiling fan. There is an outdoor swimming pool where guests can cool off and relax. We are one of the few vacation properties where a couple can have their own private villa. The property houses 8 villas: 1 Studio 6 X 1 Bedroom villas 1 X 2 Bedroom villa A special honeymoon suite is available for newlyweds, furnished with a four poster bed and other amenities. Cove Villas offers facilities which are ideal for weddings, honeymoons, romantic getaways, singles getaway, family gatherings, retreats, staff outings, dental/medical teams work missions. Cove Villas is located within the serene locality of Mammee Bay on Jamaica's spectacular North Coast, midway between Ocho Rios and St. Anns Bay. The villas are relaxing, yet very close to the action in Ocho Rios where Dunns River Falls, Dolphin Cove, Island Village, Margaretaville, Wilderness ATV Tours, Taj Mahal Shopping Centre and more are all within 2 miles of our property! It is about 60 miles east of the Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay, which is the airport you would use.
Rates are for single occupancy. US$10 for each additional person in a villa.
Accommodation. Accommodation for maximum of 2 children under 12 years old free in a villa with adult.

Swimming pool BBQ As a member of the private Mammee Bay Beach Club, our guests have free access to this exquisite white-sand beach which is a short walk or only 3 minutes drive from Cove Villas. This superb beach is undoubtedly one of the finest in Ocho Rios with the conveniences of a coffee shop. changing rooms, massage hut, and craft vendors. This gorgeous ocean cove is protected by two reefs, appropriately called "The First Reef" and "The Second Reef". There are water sports facilities at the beach so that snorkeling, diving, fishing or sailing, glass bottom boat ride are available.
With your own kitchen you have the freedom to prepare meals at any time, not restricted by schedules or dress codes. You can choose what you want, when you want, all within the privacy of your own villa. Kitchens are equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, pots & pans, tableware & cooking utensils. Shopping may be done at local supermarkets or open markets with our assistance if you wish. Open markets are a Jamaican experience in themselves, offering many of our succulent fruits and veggies in season such as Mangoes, Pineapples, Sweet Sop, Breadfruit and more. We offer optional Meal Arrangements which can be tailored on request. This means that if you prefer to shop and prepare meals yourselves, shop and have us prepare meals or sit back and have us provide AND prepare 3 delicious local of continental meals... it is all up to you. Here are 3 meal plan options: a) Purchase groceries at local markets and supermarkets and prepare your own meals in your own kitchen, whenever you like. This plan is included in the room rate. b) You purchase groceries, we provide your own personal private cook who will cater to you in your own apartment. An additional fee of US$20-30 daily. c) Meals- Included Plan: 3 prepared meals will be provided daily; breakfast, lunch and dinner. An additional US$45-60 per person daily.
